"إتمام" ينهي اعتماد مخطط أم القرى بمساحة نحو مليون و٣٠٠ ألف م2 بالتعاون مع أمانة العاصمة المقدسة

Real Estate Developers Services Center )“Etmam”) and the Holy Makkah Municipality have approved the Umm Al-Qura Development Plans, as per the updated third track mechanisms, in Makkah. The Project covers 1,294,523 sqm and will create 915 residential and commercial plots, in line with the mutual efforts to increase the real estate demand. The Plans concur with the goals of the Housing Program—one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs—by providing Saudi families with opportunities to own adequate housing, by offering multiple housing products and various financing solutions to beneficiaries.

In a press release, Etmam declared that the Project's blueprints were approved within the framework of the updated third track for approving residential projects. Khomasiah Group Ltd. is the developer of the project that is strategically located in Makkah. The project includes blueprints for nine different residential models for apartments, townhouses, among other residence types, and main service and entertainment facilities that meet the needs of the Saudi families.

The Center has reiterated its endeavours to collaborate with the Saudi municipalities and mayoralties and real estate developers to promote the supply of residential plots within the framework of the Third Track, which reduces the complexities of the procedures to approve residential; plans, as it offers various incentives to the residential real estate industry.

Etmam added, “We have established solid partnerships with the Saudi municipalities, to approve more residential plans across the Kingdom. The approved plans will provide more lands in vital locations that meet the Saudi family needs. Etmam has approved over 732 million sqm and 55,000 units since its launch.”

The updated third track has contributed to facilitating the procedures for many real estate projects, and empowered developers to obtain approvals for their plans within (60) days. The updated track enhances the quality of implementation, development of residential land and delivery of public services. The prompt coordination with the service providers following the approval of detailed and executive plans for infrastructure works and the fragmentation of the implementation phases of the plans help elevate the execution quality.
