The city of Riyadh will witness the launch of the second edition of the Maskan Real Estate Exhibition, during the period from May 1 to 3, 2023, with the participation of a number of government agencies, banks, finance and real estate development companies, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
The exhibition highlights new residential projects and financing opportunities offered by participating entities to visitors. It will also showcase the latest developments in modern building technologies and methods in the field of construction and building, and the latest technological advancements in terms of speed of execution and quality, with the aim of increasing the real estate supply and raising the rate of homeownership for Saudi families.
The exhibition aims to provide a complete journey for the beneficiary by facilitating communication with developers and contractors and providing them with the necessary consultations, in addition to holding workshops, launching real estate investment funds and showcasing the most important real estate projects of developers in a way that serves beneficiaries seeking housing from Saudi families.
The exhibition will witness the launch of the first real estate auction of its kind, which will be available for companies to put their properties up for public auction. The exhibition will also witness the launch of new residential projects in Riyadh that provide hundreds of units for Saudi families at competitive prices and with modern architectural designs, in addition to the signing of a number of agreements that serve the business sector and individuals.
It is worth mentioning that the exhibition and its accompanying events and new launches come as an extension of the continuous efforts made by the sector’s partners to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs - to raise the rate of homeownership to 70%. It also contributes to bringing together relevant entities and programs under one roof with the aim of developing the real estate sector and offering the best housing and financing solutions, and contributing to achieving a distinguished and integrated housing experience for Saudi families.
