The Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, and the Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, visited the Khuzam destination, owned byNHC, on Tuesday to learn about its features and advantages, its quality of life amenities, and the services it provides to residents. On the sidelines of the visit, Their Excellencies inaugurated theNHC Center.In a pioneering step through which the company aims to promote sustainability and quality of life and achieve integration between urban and community development, in the presence of the CEO, Mr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al-Bati.During the tour, the ministers were briefed on the quality of life in “Khuzam” and the services it offers. The CEO accompanied the delegation on a visit to Wadi Murcia, and the destination’s green spaces and the Khuzam Grand Park. Al-Bati also reviewed the company’s standards in implementing projects through dedicated pedestrian paths, access to sites within a period ranging from 5 to 10 minutes, and the availability of nearby services for residents in each residential neighborhood of the destination.The community center is a valuable addition that contributes to improving the living experience for the residents and visitors of Khuzam destination.
