The Sustainable Building Program continues to pursue excellence in implementing sustainability strategies and contributing to building a more sustainable future.
In 2024, the Program recorded growth in projects benefiting from the Sustainability Assessment service compared to 2023, reaching 75 projects with a total area of nearly 47 million square meters, marking a 32% increase over the previous year. Additionally, 11 projects received the Design Compliance Certificate, showing a 19% increase. The projects were distributed across Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah, Khobar, Dhahran, and Taif.
The Program issued over 23,000 quality inspection reports during the past year.
