The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, represented by its secretariats and municipalities in various regions and governorates of the Kingdom, has completed its preparations to celebrate the 95th Saudi National Day, through the implementation of a package of field programs and aesthetic preparations, in addition to launching various community, cultural and heritage events that reflect manifestations of joy and pride in this precious national occasion, under the slogan “Our pride is in our nature.”
The ministry explained that its system has completed decorating the streets, squares, entrances and tunnels with national flags, interactive panels and aesthetic sculptures inspired by the visual identity of the National Day, in addition to lighting buildings, bridges and urban facades in green, and spreading thousands of meters of decorative lighting that added an urban scene that reflects the spirit of the occasion.
Public squares, parks, and event venues in various regions have been prepared to receive visitors, in addition to activating electronic screens and digital panels with national slogans and creative designs. Entertainment, cultural, and artistic programs and events have been prepared targeting all segments of society, to enhance community participation and provide an opportunity for citizens and residents to express their feelings on this cherished occasion.
The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing affirmed that these efforts are an extension of its role in highlighting the developmental gains achieved for the nation under the wise leadership, and showcasing Saudi cities in an integrated urban landscape that reflects the values of loyalty and belonging, and is in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in improving the quality of life and enhancing the urban landscape in the Kingdom.
