Renewal of a Building Permit
Start the service- Commercial licenses
An electronic service available on the Balady platform, allowing beneficiaries to renew their building permit without the need to visit the authority.
- "Save the page"
- Access the dashboard and select your user role
- Select the service via “New Application” to start the application
- Select the building permit to be renewed.
- Specify the current construction status (Not Started - Under Construction - Completed).
- Select the design engineering office (certified designer) or retrieve it from insurance if applicable.
- Select the supervising engineering office or retrieve it from insurance.
- Select the construction contractor or retrieve it from insurance.
- Submit the renewal request to the engineering office for completion of procedures.
- Track the request status via the "My Requests and Licenses" page.
