The Sakani program announced the completion of the handover of all residential units in the Mad project, located in the Al Wajha suburb of Dammam, after the completion of work and the delivery of services and infrastructure to the project. This comes within the framework of the program’s commitment to achieving the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 – to raise the homeownership rate to 70% by 2030. This comes as a result of the effective partnership with the private sector through the Partnerships Program, which aims to provide diverse housing solutions and products that meet the needs of citizens at competitive and subsidized prices, in pursuit of achieving the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 – to raise the homeownership rate to 70% by 2030.
The program explained in a press statement today that all 728 townhouse units have been delivered. The project spans an area of 310,353 m2 in Al Fursan neighborhood in Dammam. The residential units were designed in two models, (Thuraya) and (Rahab), with areas ranging from 249 m2 to 275 m2 for the units, to give beneficiaries more options according to their needs and desires.
The project boasts extensive green spaces, gardens, recreational areas, dedicated sports fields, shops, and integrated facilities including mosques, schools, and security centers, ensuring a high quality of life for Saudi families.
It is worth mentioning that the “Sakani” website and application offers a variety of housing facilities and services, including: real estate consultant, issuing real estate transaction tax certificates for the first home, obtaining price quotes from financing entities, issuing land contracts electronically, benefiting from engineering design services and the “approved contractor”, electronic financing services, “optional packages” and the “real estate market”, as well as registration and immediate eligibility, and issuing building permits electronically.
All housing services, options, and financing solutions can be accessed through the linkhttps://sakani.sa, or by calling the unified number for beneficiary care (199090) to answer all questions and inquiries, in addition to the "Sakani" application for smart devices, or by visiting the comprehensive "Sakani" center in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Khobar.
