The Housing Program – one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs – is participating in the “Cityscape Global 2025” exhibition, which will be held from November 17 to 20 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, under the slogan “The Future of Urban Living”, under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, and in partnership with the Housing Program and the General Authority for Real Estate.

The program’s CEO, Engineer Khalid bin Saud Al-Tale’, explained that the program’s participation comes to showcase its pioneering role in the transformation witnessed by the housing and real estate sector, and to highlight the most prominent achievements made during the past years, in addition to discussing the future of the sector locally and globally, and introducing the innovative housing initiatives and solutions that have contributed to expanding ownership options for various segments of society.

Al-Tale’ added that the program aims, through this participation, to enhance the partnership with the public and private sectors, and to provide more sustainable and competitive quality housing products, reflecting the remarkable development in the real estate sector and consolidating the Kingdom’s position regionally and internationally.

During its participation in Cityscape Global, the Housing Program highlighted its achievements in raising the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to more than 65% by the end of 2024, while continuing to work towards achieving the target of 70% by 2030 through innovative solutions that enable citizens to obtain their first home.
