"Sakani" announces that more than 55,000 families have benefited from its housing options up to the end of last April

The “Sakani” program announced that 55,760 Saudi families have benefited from all housing options and financing solutions provided by the program electronically to its beneficiaries through easy and convenient procedures since the beginning of the year until the end of last April. Meanwhile, the number of families who moved into their homes reached 67,155 families, as part of the program’s efforts to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030- by raising the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70% by 2030.
The program explained in a press statementtoday that more than 22,000 families chose the subsidized mortgage loan to purchase ready-made housing units from among the various options provided by "Sakani" to beneficiaries, 11,000 families preferred the self-build option, more than 11,000 families chose to benefit from residential lands within "Sakani" schemes, and 6,000 families benefited from the subsidized mortgage loan to purchase housing units under construction.
The “Sakani” website and application provides 119 projects under construction in partnership with real estate developers, including about 155,000 diverse housing units, including villas, apartments and townhouses, most of which are distributed in 7 major residential suburbs in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah and Khamis Mushait, to provide a modern lifestyle in which the quality of housing units is integrated according to international standards with diverse facilities and services that enhance the quality of life for its residents and appropriate prices with an average of 750,000 riyals.
The “Sakani” website and application offers a variety of housing facilities and services, including real estate advisor, issuance of real estate transaction tax certificates for the first home, obtaining price quotes from financing entities, issuing land contracts electronically, benefiting from engineering design services and the “approved contractor”, electronic financing services and the “real estate market”, as well as registration and immediate eligibility, and issuing building permits electronically.
