"مُلّاك" يطلق خدمة "الاستعلام عن الجمعيات والتزاماتها"

The Mallak program launched a service to inquire about the owners' association and its subscriptions, which enables beneficiaries to inquire about the existence of an owners' association in the property and its subscriptions, with the aim of preserving rights and reducing disputes, within the framework of enhancing the sustainability of the real estate market and raising its efficiency in accordance with the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 - .

This service allows the prospective buyer of a real estate unit in jointly owned properties to inquire about the existence of an owners' association in the property, and to find out if the association has subscriptions that have been voted on by the general assembly for the maintenance of common parts, and cleaning and operating work within the property. This service contributes to raising the level of transparency for the prospective buyer, and clarifying the size of the financial obligations within the association.

The service can be accessed through the electronic services menu by selecting (Inquire about the Owners Association and its Subscriptions) and then entering the deed number of the real estate unit through the link https://mullak.housing.gov.sa/ .

“Mallak” works to facilitate the activation of struggling owners’ associations by providing a mechanism to propose subscription amounts for operation and maintenance of common areas, and to propose a property manager for voting, with the aim of supporting and empowering the associations and facilitating their activation.

It is noted that the Owners Program is one of the programs aimed at regulating the relationship between owners of jointly owned real estate units such as residential buildings, through the development and application of relevant systems and regulations, in addition to helping prepare support services in organizing and facilitating the management of common parts such as entrances, elevators and corridors, to enhance the sustainability of the real estate market and raise its efficiency.
