Issuing a Building Demolition Permit
Start the service- Construction licenses
An electronic service available on the Balady platform that allows individuals, government entities, engineering offices, and establishments to apply for a Demolition Permit without the need to visit the relevant authority.
- "Save the page"
- Access the dashboard and select your user role
- Select the service via “New Application” to start the application
- Identify the owner and applicant type.
- Select the Building Permit or Survey Decision for which the demolition permit is required.
- Choose an engineering office.
- Acknowledge that the building will be vacant of people and animals during demolition.
- Submit the request to the engineering office.
- The engineering office completes the required data and prepares the necessary plans.
- A payment invoice is generated.
- Upon payment completion, the permit is issued and can be printed.
