The Sakani program announced the start of receiving beneficiaries who are about to build their housing units, whether they are eligible for housing support or not, at the comprehensive Sakani centers, to benefit from the “approved contractors” service, with the aim of enabling them to carry out their work according to an easy mechanism, clear steps, and effective integration between beneficiaries and service providers.
The program explained in a press statement today that the comprehensive Sakani centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Khobar and Madinah have begun receiving those wishing to benefit from the approved contractors in Sakani and meet with them directly. The service - which can be used through the Sakani platform - allows the beneficiary to obtain an integrated journey in the comprehensive Sakani center, obtain price quotes from approved contractors, sign electronic contracts, and document them with the Saudi Contractors Authority to carry out their work according to reliable engineering standards.
The program indicated that the approved contractors service makes it easier for the beneficiary to find a contractor from among more than 100 approved contractors registered on the Sakani platform, through easy electronic steps through the platform, so that the beneficiary can review their services, view them, and choose the type of service between building complete with final equipment (finished on a turnkey basis), or building not including final equipment (unfinished shell) provided by the approved contractor after his selection, in a competitive framework that allows the beneficiary to choose the most suitable offer provided by contractors in various cities and governorates of the Kingdom.
The service enables individual beneficiaries to obtain it by accessing the Sakani platform, or through the comprehensive Sakani Center, and specifying three approved contractors according to the standards of the Saudi Contractors Authority, and reviewing their work and prices of the services provided, before approving them to carry out the work.
It is worth mentioning that the Sakani platform offers a number of integrated electronic services related to providing suitable and distinguished housing options and solutions for Saudi families, and obtaining various services such as knowing the eligibility status, booking and viewing units, the engineering consultant service, engineering designs, and other services that contribute to raising the quality of residential buildings, through visiting the link https://sakani.sa .
