"White Lands" issues invoices for the sixth cycle of the first phase in Makkah Al-Mukarramah

The “White Lands” program issued invoices for the sixth cycle of the first phase in Makkah for the year 1444/1445 AH, calling on the owners of the lands concerned to take the initiative to develop their lands or pay within one year from the date of issuing the decision.
The program clarified that failure to pay within the specified period will result in a penalty of up to 100% of the fee, in addition to payment of the outstanding fees. It also stated that the evaluation mechanism, land value assessment, and applicable fee can be viewed on the website.idlelands.housing.gov.sa
The program announced in recent days that the deadline for registering lands subject to the second phase of the white land fees in Jeddah, Makkah, and the Dammam metropolitan area is approaching. As of tomorrow, Thursday, there are 60 days left until the end of the registration period. The program called on owners of white lands in the three cities to register their lands on the electronic portal for white land fees, noting that failure to register within the deadline will result in a fine of up to 100% of the fee value. Land owned by more than one owner with a single deed will be subject to fees according to each partner's share. After the registration period ends and the invoice is issued, objections to the fees can be submitted, along with evidence proving the existence of obstacles to applying the fees.
It is worth noting that the first phase of land fees was allocated to undeveloped lands with an area of 10,000 meters or more, and the second phase includes developed lands with an area of 10,000 meters or more, as well as the total of scattered lands for one owner that total more than 10,000 meters in one plan, and in the third phase fees will be imposed on developed lands with an area of 5,000 meters or more, as well as the total of developed lands for one owner that total 10,000 meters or more in one city, and any beneficiary can now inquire about the existence of an existing fee on any white land by the deed number only through the website of white land fees.
