The Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etmam” handed over the accreditation certificate for 8.8 million square meters within the City of Roses plan in cooperation with the Taif Governorate Municipality, after the initial and final approval of the plan to allow the sale of land off-plan before its development. The accreditation was handed over today in a ceremony attended by the Deputy Secretary of Taif Governorate for Development and Construction, Engineer Majid Hussein Al-Humaidi, and the Assistant General Manager of the Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etmam” for Operations, Engineer Tamer Ghazi Mukhtar.

The awarding of the accreditation comes as a result of the strategic role of the “Etmam” Center to improve the performance of the real estate sector and provide integrated solutions to real estate developers to contribute to enhancing the supply of residential real estate, in an effort to achieve the goals of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 - to reach a 70% ownership rate by the year 2030.

The “City of Roses” plan, located north of Taif Governorate, includes 6,409 residential units of varying designs and sizes, including 3,033 residential villas. The plan is located in a prime location within the urban area of Taif Governorate. It also includes 3,376 residential plots. The project is being implemented by a consortium of major real estate development companies and includes a commercial area consisting of distinctive pedestrian walkways, gardens, fountains, seating areas, restaurants, and cafes.

The “Itmam” Center provides a unified digital platform that offers all the services that real estate developers need and enables them to obtain services easily and with high reliability, which enhances the principle of transparency by clarifying the procedures related to the services and making available all data and statistics related to the sector.

It is worth mentioning that the Real Estate Developers Services Center “Etmam” aims to facilitate the work of the real estate sector in the Kingdom and create an attractive environment with the aim of developing investments from inside and outside the Kingdom, accelerating the pace of work on residential projects to increase the supply of real estate units, and facilitating Saudi families’ ownership of suitable housing. The center also plays the role of a link that enables the real estate developer to complete their transactions.
