He obtained a master's degree in business administration from Alliance Manchester Business School in the UK in 2015, and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia in 2001. Professional Life

He has worked in both public and private sectors, locally and internationally. He currently holds the position of Deputy Minister of Municipal Rural Affairs and Housing in Saudi Arabia since July 2020. He previously served as General Advisor to the Minister of Housing and General Supervisor for aligning the Housing Program with the Ministry of Housing between 2019 and 2020. He was the Director General of Programs and Projects at the Transformation Management Office in the Ministry of Defense in Saudi Arabia between 2018 and 2019. Furthermore, He worked as the CEO of Al Rajhi Group in Riyadh between 2016 and 2018. He also worked as the Business Development Manager and Brand Manager at Hoshan Pan Gulf in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from 2012 to 2016. He served as the Deputy General Manager of Hoshan Graphic Arts in Riyadh from 2010 to 2012, and as the Project Management Office Manager for the same company in Riyadh in 2009 and 2010. Moreover, he was a computer engineer at the Ministry of Interior in the National Information Center in Riyadh from 2001 to 2008. He occupied the position of General Supervisor responsible for aligning the Housing Program, in Vision 2030, with the Ministry of Housing and the goals of 2020 (Phase One), and was responsible for designing the new plans as part of Phase Two of the program. He also participated in program and project management at the Transformation Management Office (TMO) at the Ministry of Defense in Saudi Arabia.
