The Developers Services Center “Etmam” continues to provide its services to the real estate development sector to contribute to accelerating the pace of starting real estate projects and facilitating the procedures for obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses to implement the projects, within the framework of its role to enable the development of the infrastructure of lands and residential projects and improve the local investment environment.
Etmam explained that it is moving forward with the implementation of the strategic roadmap, which is based on effective partnerships and accessible services, with a customer-centric approach. It clarified that during the current year it launched 7 strategic initiatives, which included developing the unified portal to receive real estate developers, legislative empowerment, marketing services, and improving the developers’ experience.
The center explained that its operational plan for this year included automating five new services and updating agreements with service providers such as the Saudi Electricity Company, the National Water Company, and the Communications and Space Authority, with the aim of accelerating approvals and improving the efficiency of outputs. It pointed out that its services contribute to overcoming the challenges facing property owners and real estate developers, through simplifying procedures, integrating solutions, and accelerating approvals through an advanced digital system.
The center is one of the key enablers in the real estate development sector, by providing comprehensive services that include support for issuing licenses, reviewing designs for partnership projects between developers and the National Housing Company, supporting the approval of plans, qualifying developers, requesting off-plan sales services, and legal and engineering services, within an operational model that aims to create a flexible and stimulating real estate environment that keeps pace with the rapid growth of the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
