The “Sakani” program revealed the launch of electricity in the Jawharat Al-Rusaifah project in Makkah, in cooperation with the Saudi Electricity Company, confirming that work is underway to begin handing over the housing units to beneficiaries after the completion of services and the readiness of the housing units for handover, so that they will join the major handover process that “Sakani” started during the past months, within the framework of the program’s endeavor to support beneficiaries to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 - by raising the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70% by 2030.
The Jawharat Al-Rusaifa project in Makkah provides 1035 units distributed across 33 residential buildings. The project takes into account the diversity of residential unit sizes to meet the needs of the family. The project also cares about the quality of life for residents by providing green spaces, places to practice sports, and recreational areas for children and their families.
It is worth mentioning that the Sakani website and application offers a range of housing facilities and services, including real estate consultant, issuance of real estate transaction tax certificates for the first home, obtaining price quotes from financing entities, issuing land contracts electronically, benefiting from engineering design services and the "approved contractor" service, electronic financing service and the "real estate market", as well as registration and immediate eligibility, and issuing building permits electronically.
