The National Housing Company(NHC) will launch the "Nassaj Town" project in northern Riyadh tomorrow.
The National Housing Company(NHC) will launch tomorrow morning, Tuesday, the first phase of the new “Nassaj Town Al-Narjis” project for beneficiaries of the “Sakani” program in Riyadh, as part of the projects under construction that the company is developing in partnership with the private sector. This is an extension of the housing system’s efforts to increase the supply of residential real estate by providing sustainable housing and financing solutions through building systems and legislation, to increase the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70% by 2030 – according to the objectives of the housing program.
The National Housing Company (NHC ) explainedthat the “Nassaj Town Al Narjis” project, developed by Retal Urban Development Company, provides 455 residential villas. It is located north of Riyadh on an area estimated at more than 716,000 m2, and the villas range in size from 250-425 m2. Booking will be available through the Sakani website and platform.
She noted that details of the units can be viewed electronically through the "Sakani" website and application in easy steps and with immediate eligibility without waiting by visiting the link https://sakani.sa/ or by calling the unified customer service center 199090, or by visiting the comprehensive Sakani center in Riyadh.
The project comes as an extension of about 28 residential projects under construction, distributed in the north, east and south of Riyadh, providing more than 35,000 diverse housing units (apartments, villas and townhouses), with average reasonable prices reaching 750,000 riyals, and its implementation is supervised by the off-plan sales or leasing program “Wafi”.
The “Nassaj Town Al Narjis” project is distinguished by its multiple space designs and modern models that suit all the needs of Saudi families, its easy monthly installments, and its strategic location near the main roads to provide suitable housing for Saudi families, within integrated residential communities with services and facilities.
It is worth mentioning that the National Housing Company(NHC) is working to provide vibrant communities with a civilized character and distinctive and modern designs, within the framework of continuous expansion plans to increase the real estate supply and provide housing units that suit the needs of Saudi families and their purchasing capabilities, with the aim of raising the percentage of families owning homes, continuing its efforts to expand the development of many projects and residential suburbs in the Kingdom to provide housing units at competitive prices lower than the market.
