"سكني": تسليم 594 وحدة سكنية لمستفيدي مشروع واحة الخميس في خميس مشيط

The Sakani program continued delivering housing units to beneficiary Saudi families in projects implemented in partnership with real estate developers. The program completed the delivery of 594 housing units to beneficiaries of the Khamis Oasis project, which is located in Khamis Mushait Governorate in the Asir region. This comes as a result of the effective partnership with the private sector through the Partnerships Program, which aims to provide diverse housing solutions and products that meet the needs of citizens at competitive and subsidized prices, in an effort to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 – to raise the homeownership rate to 70% by 2030.

The Oasis of Khamis project is distinguished by its strategic location in the upscale neighborhood of Khamis Mushait Governorate along King Abdullah Road. It provides 1042 residential units of two types (villa, townhouse) with four different modern models and designs to suit the needs of Saudi families, on areas ranging from 187m2 to 574m2.

The project, which is located on an area of 928,760 m2, allocates various facilities such as mosques, gardens, green spaces, schools, health facilities, commercial centers, public services and recreational facilities; in order to ensure the provision of a quality of life for the residents in a model environment that achieves stability for the beneficiaries. Work is currently underway to complete the facilities and services and hand them over to the concerned authorities.

The program noted that the remaining units will be delivered to the project beneficiaries after their completion and the provision of services to them, indicating its continued commitment to introducing more diverse housing projects to the market in line with citizens’ desires and needs, in cooperation and partnership with the private sector and qualified real estate developers, in addition to other options provided by the “Sakani” program to its beneficiaries, such as self-build, purchasing from the market, free land, and immediate non-refundable financial support packages.

“Sakani” seeks to serve beneficiaries in the easiest and fastest ways and provide housing options and diverse financing solutions for those wishing to own their first home, through its application on smartphones or through the website https://sakani.sa .
