NHC Innovation wins 3 global awards in customer experience for 2025... and the "Seventh Neighbor" service in "Sakani" wins gold.

NHC Innovation achieved an international milestone by winning three awards at the 2025 International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) , in recognition of its efforts to develop customer experiences and enhance the efficiency of digital services on the platforms it operates. The awards were presented during a ceremony held in London, the British capital.

The “Sakani” platform won two awards; the “Seventh Neighbor” service won the gold award in the category of best citizen experience , in recognition of its role in promoting community communication and enabling neighborhood residents to build positive relationships through the application. The “Sakani” digital strategy also won the bronze award in the category of best digital experience strategy , in recognition of its adoption of data-driven development methodologies and digital transformation in improving the user journey and accelerating access to housing services.

In the category of Best Digital Transformation , the “Ejar” platform of the General Authority for Real Estate – operated by NHC Innovation – received the bronze award for the “Contract Documentation” service, which contributed to regulating the residential and commercial rental sector through advanced digital solutions that raise the level of compliance and preserve the rights of parties involved in the rental process.

The International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) is one of the most prominent global awards specializing in evaluating and honoring excellence in customer experiences. Its judging relies on precise international standards that include innovation in service design, quality of digital transformation, effectiveness of the user journey, and measuring the impact of the service on beneficiary satisfaction.
