The Real Estate Unit Sorting Program announced that it has recorded an increase in demand for the services it provides in various regions of the Kingdom, with the city of Riyadh coming in as the city with the highest demand for sorting in the Kingdom.

The program explained in a press statement today that the number of property sorting requests in Riyadh exceeded 4,300 properties to sort more than 34,500 diverse real estate units, including residential and commercial properties, to date. January 2022 was the month with the highest demand for property sorting in various cities, as sorting requests increased by more than 36% compared to January 2021, and included real estate complexes, residential and commercial towers, buildings, and residential villas.

Among the most prominent services provided by the Real Estate Unit Sorting Program is the sorting of real estate complexes, which are located within a specific geographical area and are linked to each other through common parts and facilities such as (towers, residential or commercial complexes), where they are sorted into several real estate units, and each unit has an independent title deed, or they are partially or completely merged, within the efforts made to find regulatory solutions for the real estate market, through which it provides beneficiaries with a great deal of transparency and clarity in assessing the obligations and rights for the common parts, which enables them to own property in real estate complexes with ease and convenience, in addition to value-added services, including (the premium service) which enables engineering offices to speed up the procedures for entering data for the sorting request, through an engine that analyzes the property plan according to “surveying surveys” automatically instead of entering them manually.

It is noted that the Real Estate Unit Ownership, Sorting and Management System and its Executive Regulations, which came into effect on 21/1/1442 AH, aims to enhance the role of the Real Estate Unit Sorting Program in sorting real estate complexes in both their residential and commercial aspects, while ensuring the preservation of the rights of units in the common parts, and identifying those parts, systems and service facilities within the properties and between the properties within the real estate complex.
