The National Housing Company(NHC) announced the completion of the reservation for the first phase of the “Narges View 2” project, located north of Riyadh, by beneficiaries of the Sakani program, within one hour of its launch on the Sakani website and application, as well as the comprehensive Sakani Center. It confirmed its continued commitment to offering more projects within the diverse housing options and solutions and making them available for reservation through easy and convenient procedures, with the aim of increasing the rate of first home ownership for Saudi families in accordance with the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The “Narges View 2” project, which spans an area of more than 112,000 m2, includes 490 units ranging between villas and townhouses, with its modern designs and diverse models with easy monthly installments. The unit sizes range between 200-395 m2 per unit. The project is also part of a number of projects that Riyadh is home to, which provide about 35,000 housing units within 27 projects under construction.
The project is an extension of the National Housing Company(NHC)’s efforts to provide vibrant, modern communities with distinctive and contemporary designs, as part of its ongoing expansion plans to increase the supply of real estate and provide housing units that suit the needs and purchasing power of Saudi families, with the aim of raising the rate of first home ownership for families. The company is currently working on developing several projects and suburbs in the Kingdom that provide quality of life standards and integrated facilities in strategic locations.
The “Sakani” application for smart devices provides many services and facilities that enable beneficiaries to obtain the housing option that matches their desires and capabilities with ease and convenience, such as electronic registration and knowing the eligibility status immediately for families that meet the conditions for housing support, immediate electronic selection of housing units without the need to wait, reviewing options and projects and their details in terms of their locations, models and prices, registration with the real estate advisor to obtain financing offers on projects and choose the most suitable financing entity, reserving and choosing free lands and signing contracts electronically, and other services.
