An electronic service provided on the Balady platform, available to service providers across the Kingdom, including telecommunications, electricity, and water companies. It allows their representatives within project coordination offices to submit a request for coordinating multiple excavation projects within urban areas. This coordination ensures alignment with other entities before issuing excavation permits (pre-coordinated

    The service entity's representative fills out and submits a multi-excavation coordination application after logging into Balady platform, ensuring all data is correct, reviewing the service requirements, and acknowledging their understanding and commitmen
    The application is automatically circulated to all relevant entities (coordination and approval entities), notifying them of an incoming application that must be responded to within a specified coordination period.
    Upon acceptance of the application, a multi-excavation coordination report is issued, and the applicant is notified and can print the report.

    The service provider must identify its representatives within the Infrastructure Projects Coordination Office (users are identified and powers are linked electronically).
    The service provider must sign a service level agreement with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
    The service entity must prepare geographical plans (Shape File) for the paths of all excavations that require coordination.
    The service provider must prepare a security and safety plan for the site. The plan must be consistent with the security and safety requirements contained in the Traffic Control Means Manual.
    The service provider must prepare a traffic control plan in the event of a street closure. The plan must be consistent with the Traffic Control Manual issued by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing.
    Sometimes the service provider must prepare a preliminary analysis of the expected impacts on the road.
    The multi-coordination application must be submitted sufficiently in advance of the commencement of work on the nearest planned excavation to allow for the application to be disseminated to all relevant parties and for coordination between them.
    The service provider submitting the application is obligated to review the application and verify the accuracy of its data before submitting it.
