"Mullak": More than 900 associations activated in the first quarter of 2023

The “Mullak” program recorded a remarkable increase in the number of activated owners’ associations during the first quarter of 2023 compared to the same period last year, as the number of activated associations exceeded 948 associations, with a monthly average of more than 300 activated associations during 2023.
“Malak” emphasized that developing and distinguishing services, in addition to enriching them for beneficiaries of the real estate sector with shared parts, and contributing to organizing coexistence, are among the most important reasons for beneficiaries’ interest in registering associations. This includes facilitating procedures for managing the association’s financial resources and its bank account transactions, the possibility of contracting with service providers and property managers registered on the “Malak” platform, and providing communication channels within the electronic platform between members of the association and voting on nominations and decisions of the association, in addition to the most prominent service, which is the possibility of using the executive bond against those who are unable to pay the association fees.
It is worth mentioning that the system of ownership, sorting and management of real estate units enables owners to establish an association without a specific number of real estate units if the number of owners of the sorted real estate units in a shared property reaches three or more, and the application of an enforcement order to owners who do not comply with the decisions of the property manager, and the obligation to disclose real estate units when selling, and to clarify all obligations and handover requirements of the real estate unit upon transfer, in addition to the possibility of establishing a tenants' association, and providing beneficiaries with a list of service providers from classified and accredited companies, and other services that aim to continuously drive development in the owners.
