"وافي": اكتمال إنجاز ثلاثة مشاريع سكنية في الرياض وجدة

The General Secretariat of the Off-Plan Sales and Leasing Committee “Wafi” announced the completion of three off-plan sales projects in Riyadh and Jeddah, as part of the committee’s efforts to supervise and monitor the progress of work on off-plan sales projects, which contribute to the quality of the housing supply with the aim of raising the rate of homeownership for Saudi families to 70% by the year 2030, in fulfillment of the objectives of the Housing Program – one of the programs of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The General Secretariat of the Off-Plan Sales and Leasing Committee “Wafi” indicated that the “Asilah Tower”, “Al-Ajlan Riviera 17”, and “Sakina Residence 1” residential projects provide approximately 220 units, as these projects are among the off-plan sales projects that are hosted by the Riyadh and Makkah regions under the supervision of the “Wafi” program.

The committee’s secretariat announced during the past period the completion of the “Nassaj Town 2” project - located in the Al Wajha suburb of Dammam in the Eastern Province - which provides 674 townhouse housing units in various models and designs for beneficiaries of the Sakani program.

It is worth mentioning that “Wafi” provides the necessary licenses for off-plan real estate projects “under construction”, and monitors their completion rates, quality of implementation, and financial flows from buyers of the project, in addition to motivating and qualifying real estate developers to create distinguished and integrated real estate projects that meet the aspirations of Saudi families, and grants licenses for selling, marketing, and leasing off-plan real estate units to enhance the supply of residential and commercial units and promote investment in the sector.
