Procedures
Access Balady through Absher.
Select construction license services.
Select the service of issuing an occupancy certificate.
Review the instructions and acknowledge the accuracy of the information
Verify the mobile phone number
Specify the type of owner and applicant
Select the building license for which you want to obtain an occupancy certificate.
Select the engineering office for non-residential buildings.
Send the application to the engineering office
The engineering office completes the data and prepares the report.
The municipality approves the occupancy certificate.
A payment invoice number will be issued.
After the fees are paid, the occupancy certificate will be issued, and it can be printed out.
